Master Data Management Developer with Reltio

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Developer specialized in Reltio to lead enterprise-level MDM initiatives. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive data management solutions to maintain high data quality and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Reltio MDM platform components including data models, business object configurations, and match & merge rules.
• Manage the complete MDM lifecycle such as data onboarding, staging, matching, merging, survivorship, hierarchy management, and publishing of data.
• Develop and maintain crosswalks, reference data management, and data quality frameworks within Reltio.
• Integrate Reltio with other enterprise systems using middleware technologies like MuleSoft, Batch APIs, REST APIs, SIF calls, and User Exits.
• Support production environments including release management, hypercare, and ongoing enhancements or migration efforts.
• Drive data governance efforts ensuring consistency and integrity of master data across the enterprise.
• Lead Agile/Scrum teams, manage stakeholders, and provide technical leadership in MDM projects.

Requirements

• At least 9 years of experience in Master Data Management with a strong focus on Reltio platform.
• Proficient in Reltio configuration, data modeling, survivorship, match & merge rules, crosswalk management, and integration hub (RIH).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise integration tools including MuleSoft, RESTful APIs, batch processing, and middleware utilities such as Eclipse and Postman.
• Demonstrated ability in release management, production support, and team leadership within an Agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and data quality management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
