Position Overview

We seek a skilled and innovative Mechanical Engineer at an intermediate level to become a part of our dynamic engineering team. This position involves crafting, advancing, testing, and refining mechanical systems, equipment, and parts to boost operational effectiveness and foster product innovation along with engineering quality. You will work in close cooperation with multidisciplinary engineering groups, project leads, manufacturing units, quality control, operations, and external partners to deliver dependable and cost-efficient engineering solutions. Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and enhance mechanical systems and components as well as other engineering solutions.
• Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, models, and all necessary documentation.
• Conduct mechanical analysis, simulations, testing, validations, and performance assessments.
• Assist with product development phases including prototyping, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Identify root causes of mechanical issues, troubleshoot, and implement corrective measures effectively.
• Work collaboratively with teams from electrical, software, manufacturing, quality assurance, and project management to deliver integrated engineering outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety policies, quality criteria, and industry best practices in all designs.
• Track project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to facilitate smooth project completion.
• Assess materials, production methods, equipment efficiency, and system dependability to optimize product quality.
• Maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, such as technical reports, maintenance logs, and design updates.
• Explore emerging technologies, automation, sustainable engineering methods, and advanced manufacturing processes.
• Lead initiatives focused on continual improvement to boost product performance, efficiency, reliability, and safety.

Required Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of core mechanical engineering concepts such as mechanics, thermodynamics, materials science, and manufacturing technologies.
• Proficiency with CAD platforms, 3D modeling software, engineering simulations, and mechanical design tools.
• Hands-on experience or knowledge of mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating machines, HVAC, or industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with applicable engineering norms, safety codes, quality systems, and design protocols.
• Experience in product lifecycle stages including development, prototyping, testing, validation, and production processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skill set.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with cross-functional engineering and commercial teams.
