Role Summary

This position is for an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer focused on desktop application development. The role involves building and supporting complex, business-critical software products across the full lifecycle, from initial design through deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, improve, and support desktop applications using .NET-based technologies.
• Work across the full application stack, covering the user interface, business rules, and database layer.
• Coordinate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Improve application speed, reliability, and security.
• Modernize older codebases and apply suitable design patterns where needed.
• Take part in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decisions.
• Investigate, diagnose, and fix complex issues in production.
• Create and maintain documentation that supports long-term product upkeep.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of professional experience in .NET full stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience with desktop application frameworks such as WinForms, WPF, or similar.
• Good command of C# and the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Framework, .NET Core, or .NET 6+.
• Practical knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and query optimization.
• Clear understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and backend services.
• Comfortable using Git or a comparable version control system.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to Blazor or ASP.NET Core.
• Experience modernizing legacy desktop applications.
• Knowledge of multithreading and desktop performance tuning.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and pipelines.

Eligibility and Qualification

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and should be Computer Science Engineering students. A B.E., B.Tech, or MCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.

Compensation and Other Details
