Role Overview
We are seeking a Night Concierge Worker to join our committed team based at an accommodation site supporting individuals facing homelessness and housing difficulties. This position involves overnight shifts, totaling 40.25 hours per week on a rotating 4 days on, 4 days off schedule. Working hours span from 5:00pm to 8:00am, Monday through Sunday. The role is site-based.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a secure, supportive, and welcoming environment for tenants.
- Perform thorough nightly building inspections and safety checks.
- Manage incidents promptly and effectively, maintaining accurate records.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and collaborate with relevant teams.
- Use internal IT systems for record keeping, communications, and completing trainings or assigned tasks.
