Operations Coordinator

Role overview

We are looking for a meticulous Operations Coordinator to support e-commerce operations by keeping product information accurate, complete, and published on schedule. The right person will be comfortable working with large sets of data, coordinating with multiple internal teams, and handling daily operational tasks in a fast-moving environment.

Working hours and location

This position follows a schedule of Monday to Thursday from 15:00 to 00:00, and Friday from 15:00 to 21:30 CET. The role can be performed remotely and/or from the office.

Key duties

• Collect product and content inputs from different teams for e-commerce content production.
• Set up items in Retail Link and make sure all associated data is complete and correct.
• Build and publish e-commerce product detail pages, including product descriptions and specifications.
• Adjust content when needed, such as renaming images in Excel and making image color changes.
• Assist the Operations team with additional work, including tracking open orders and updating buy sheets.

Skills and qualifications

This role calls for advanced Microsoft Excel ability, including comfort with spreadsheets and large data sets; PivotTables and VLOOKUP are helpful. Prior exposure to e-commerce operations or a similar function is preferred. The candidate should be highly detail-focused, able to spot and fix inconsistencies, and efficient in handling documents, spreadsheets, and reports. Strong written and spoken English is required, along with a proactive, practical approach and the willingness to ask questions and work closely with others. Retail Link experience is an advantage.

Preferred background

A bachelor’s degree or relevant training in Finance, Economics, or another related discipline would be considered a plus.
