This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere.

Possess over 4 years in Software Quality Engineering, with at least 3-4 years dedicated to Performance and Load Testing.
Demonstrate expertise in creating and managing reusable, parameterized performance test suites from the ground up.

Proficient with Apache JMeter, BlazeMeter, and Splunk for performance testing and monitoring.
Strong programming or scripting skills in languages such as Java, Python, Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
Deep understanding of HTTP protocols, RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
Experience performing tests on asynchronous, message-driven, or event-driven applications.
Familiarity with monitoring and Application Performance Management (APM) tools including Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Datadog, Grafana/Prometheus, and ELK Stack.
In-depth knowledge of performance engineering principles: throughput, concurrency, latency, response-time percentiles, scalability, and bottleneck diagnostics.
Capability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks related to JVM/Garbage Collection, thread and connection pools, databases, caching mechanisms, and overall application infrastructure.
Comfortable operating in Linux/Unix environments and analyzing system-level performance metrics.
