Power Platform Developer

Role Overview

This contract position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is focused on advanced development work across Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Build and enhance applications using Power Apps in both canvas and model-driven formats.
• Automate business workflows and approvals with Power Automate.
• Work with data sources and platforms such as SQL, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azure.
• Use Power BI at an understanding level to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Connect solutions to REST APIs and other connectors to extend platform functionality.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify needs and deliver solutions effectively.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery processes and contribute to iterative development.
• Use DevOps practices and tools, including Azure DevOps pipelines, to support CI/CD for Power Platform projects.

Experience & Technical Requirements

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in Power Platform development.
• Practical expertise in Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven app development.
• Strong background in Power Automate for process automation.
• Working familiarity with SQL, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azure.
• Exposure to Power BI.
• Experience working with REST API integrations and platform connectors.
• Good analytical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
• Clear communication skills for interacting with different stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of DevOps tooling, especially Azure DevOps pipelines, for continuous integration and deployment.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
