Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Presentation Designer to join our Design Delivery Team supporting a key client. The team integrates strategic thinking, engaging storytelling, and top-tier design to craft impactful user experiences across the brand. This role is responsible for leading the creation of dynamic visual narratives for events, conferences, and internal communications, while developing scalable systems and easy-to-use templates to enhance presentation standards throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage presentation design initiatives from initial discovery through concept creation to final execution.
Develop visually attractive, on-brand presentations tailored for diverse contexts such as events, executive communications, product storytelling, and conferences.
Utilize industry-leading presentation design methodologies and software to bring concepts to life.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, creative directors, and producers, to define project scope and successfully deliver presentation work.
Confidently present projects and advocate design decisions to stakeholders and team members.
Translate brand voice and visual language into captivating and impactful presentations.
Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and techniques in presentation design to continually enhance creative output.
Improve presentation systems, templates, and visual language for greater clarity, engagement, and scalability.
Actively contribute to a constructive and collaborative design culture by giving and receiving feedback.
Create user-friendly templates and provide guidance to wider teams across the company.
Promote authentic teamwork and foster positive cross-team cooperation.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of professional presentation design experience with a strong, varied portfolio.
Proficient with enterprise presentation software such as Figma, Keynote, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite.
In-depth understanding of presentation design principles, including visual storytelling and template development.
Excellent control over color theory, typographic hierarchy, and grid-based layouts.
Ability to simplify complex ideas into concise, elegant, and engaging narratives.
Track record of exceptional presentation craftsmanship and clear narrative structure.
Experience managing timelines, production requirements, and project bandwidth while collaborating with executives.
Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced setting managing multiple simultaneous projects.
Passionate about creating impactful event presentations with a proactive creative attitude.
Experience conducting training sessions on presentation design best practices.
Skilled in developing scalable workflows for cross-functional teams.
Familiar with design system frameworks and brand identity guidelines.
Previous experience at a creative agency or studio environment is essential.

Preferred Credentials

Background working with in-house creative teams.
Skills in animation and motion graphics.
Experience supporting executive keynotes or major product launch presentations.
Interest or experience with emerging AI tools relevant to design workflows.
Formal education in graphic design.

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly pay ranges from $60 to $90, based on factors such as skills, experience, and education. Employees receive a comprehensive benefits package starting on the first day, which includes options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility for enrollment in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days. Additional paid sick leave and other statutory paid time off benefits apply as per local laws.
