Price Manager

About the Role

Ericsson is looking for a seasoned Price Manager based in Pakistan to collaborate closely with sales, domain, and commercial teams. The key objective is to drive profitable growth, maximize commercial value, and ensure strategic coherence between local operations and global directives.

As a vital part of the designated Customer Unit, you will be instrumental in developing pricing strategies, fostering collaborative business proposals, and leading key pricing initiatives that reinforce Ericsson's market position.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and oversee pricing strategies for hardware, software, and service offerings.
• Perform market benchmarking and analyze industry trends to maintain competitive pricing.
• Develop and manage comprehensive business cases in partnership with sales, domain, and commercial stakeholders.
• Initiate and guide the pricing approval workflow ensuring consistency with global policies.
• Advise on contractual terms, cash flow considerations, profitability, and risk evaluation.
• Manage customer price lists, discount programs, and incentive frameworks.
• Support initiatives aimed at pricing excellence through analytics, automation, and digital transformation.

Candidate Profile

• Educational background in Engineering, Finance, or related disciplines.
• A minimum of six years' relevant experience within sectors such as Telecom, IT, Networks, or Digital Services.
• Deep understanding of the Pakistani telecom market and its key players.
• Strong financial skills, with proven ability to develop and assess business cases.
• Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and a data-centric approach to decision making.
• Experience in direct negotiations with customers, stakeholder engagement, and managing commercial operations.
• Fluent in English.
