About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Examine product metrics and user patterns to uncover trends and improvement areas.
Establish and track vital product indicators like retention, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, revenue, and churn rates.
Create and update dashboards and reports that aid decision-making for Product, Marketing, and Operations units.
Perform detailed assessments of customer pathways, feature uptake, promotional campaigns, and overall product health.
Collaborate with Product Managers to assess new launches, feature upgrades, and results from A/B testing exercises.
Detect user journey obstacles and suggest data-supported enhancements.
Coordinate with data teams to uphold analytical data's reliability, uniformity, and accessibility.
Convert intricate analytic results into understandable, actionable insights for both technical and business audiences.
Support efforts in customer segmentation, personalized initiatives, and market studies to boost user engagement and business returns.

Qualifications and Skills

Demonstrated experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a related analytical capacity within digital product environments.
Proficient in SQL with experience handling extensive datasets.
Familiarity using business intelligence software such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or comparable platforms.
Comprehensive knowledge of product analytics, customer behavior interpretation, experimentation, and A/B testing techniques.
Experience with analytics systems like Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel is an advantage.
Understanding of digital product monetization, customer lifecycle management, or online platform analytics preferred.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities suited to delivering insights clearly to varied audiences.
Experience with Python or statistical analysis tools is beneficial.
Self-driven and flexible with a collaborative mindset suited for remote work scenarios.
