Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design top-tier products and user experiences aimed at making energy more accessible and abundant.
• Develop consumer-facing mobile and web applications that reward users for managing energy consumption, supporting grid stability, and adopting renewable home upgrades including solar panels, batteries, and electric vehicles.
• Create cohesive physical and digital experiences involving home energy enhancements, hardware product design, and IoT device interfaces.
• Craft and define Fuse’s brand identity and visual language across multiple platforms including web, mobile, motion graphics, and physical products.
• Design critical internal tools and platforms responsible for managing gigawatts of renewable energy, extensive installations, and millions of customers, developing these systems from the ground up.
• Contribute to designing innovative grid management applications, blockchain-based reward systems, and novel products that will shape the company’s future trajectory.

Team & Collaboration

You will join a compact, highly skilled design team comprised of professionals from leading agencies and companies. Working closely with the CEO, who has a background at Revolut, you will collaborate across engineering, trading, and operations teams. At Fuse, design leadership drives product direction.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ experience in creating consumer digital products.
• Expertise in core design principles such as typography, color theory, composition, and user experience design.
• Proven ability to take projects from conceptual vision and research through to final design implementation.
• Skill in transforming complex systems into intuitive, logical, modular, and reusable interfaces.
• Exceptional written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Figma is mandatory.
• Additional skills such as motion graphics, 3D modeling (Cinema 4D, Spline), copywriting, or coding are advantageous.
