Overview
We are seeking a strategic and customer-centric Product Manager to oversee the creation and management of innovative products within a fully remote setup. This role requires collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to define product strategies, prioritize features, and develop solutions that satisfy business goals and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
- Collect and prioritize product requirements by engaging with customers and stakeholders.
- Perform market research, analyze competitors, and review customer feedback for product insights.
- Work alongside engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage product backlogs, user stories, and define acceptance criteria effectively.
- Track product performance through key metrics and suggest necessary enhancements.
- Lead Agile rituals, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product reviews.
- Oversee product launches collaborating intensively with marketing and customer success teams.
- Explore business opportunities and formulate strategies to stimulate product growth.
- Maintain detailed product documentation and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Between 3 to 6 years of product management or equivalent experience.
- Proficient understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks and product development cycles.
- Experienced using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com for product management.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional and remote teams.
- Capacity to juggle multiple priorities and projects efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM).
- Background in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Power BI.
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI design principles and mapping customer journeys.
- Experience managing digital products serving B2B or B2C markets.
