Product Manager

Overview

The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) is seeking a Product Manager to join the team at their headquarters in Delhi. This role involves managing Aadhaar integration projects and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance authentication services.

Qualifications

• B.Tech or MBA degree is required.

Experience

• At least 8 years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years in areas such as content writing, consulting, process improvement, applications, project management, or BFSI domain.
• Experience with government projects is advantageous.
• Proven expertise in professional writing including policies, guidelines, and product documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to Central Ministries, State Departments, and other organizations for integrating Aadhaar in schemes and applications.
• Collaborate with biometric device suppliers, STQC, Authentication User Agencies (AUA), and Authentication Service Agencies (ASA).
• Develop documentation concerning standards, guidelines, and projects.
• Draft conceptual notes for new initiatives and ideas.
• Assist in the implementation of Pilots and Proof of Concepts (POC) for authentication services.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Engage with ecosystem stakeholders to gather feedback, understand needs, and enhance solutions.
• Coordinate between various service providers and internal teams to ensure effective execution of authentication-related projects.
