About the Role

We are seeking a proficient Production Supervisor with specialized experience in the plastics sector. The role demands hands-on industry knowledge combined with strong analytical skills and proficiency in managing MIS reporting efficiently.

Experience & Qualifications

• At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience within the Plastics Industry.
• Preferred background includes roles in plastic manufacturing, production, quality control, or similar functions.
• Educational credentials include a Diploma in CIPET – Plastics Engineering & Technology or a Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering.

Required Skills

• In-depth understanding of Management Information Systems (MIS) is essential.
• Exceptional abilities in data management, analytical evaluation, and reporting.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Professional demeanor with a smart and presentable appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and upkeep MIS reports along with operational data documentation.
• Oversee production documentation and records management.
