About the role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Asia Pacific is looking for a Programme Manager to lead a CRM Modernization Programme in Auckland. The role sits within a sustainability-driven organization that combines digital innovation with a strong commitment to people, the planet, and purposeful business. Key responsibilities

You will provide end-to-end leadership for the CRM Modernization Programme, ensuring delivery across multiple connected workstreams and maintaining strong control over governance, risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Lead the programme from planning through delivery, with full accountability for outcomes.
• Build and manage an integrated plan covering more than 10 workstreams.
• Identify, track, and resolve programme risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies.
• Own governance routines and prepare executive-level status reporting.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple vendors and align them to programme objectives.

Experience and requirements

The role calls for significant programme leadership experience, especially in large-scale CRM or enterprise transformation settings. Prior exposure to regulated environments is preferred, and experience in financial services will be an advantage.

• 15–20+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong background in managing large-scale programmes.
• Hands-on experience with CRM or Salesforce-led transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to manage governance and financial oversight.
• Comfortable engaging executive stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Experience delivering within regulated industries, ideally financial services.
