Project Coordinator

About the Role

Ebek Language Laboratories Private Limited seeks dedicated Project Coordinators to oversee modern language classes for children in Pune at two locations: Hinjawadi (Colours Academy Campus) and Parvati (PVG’s Muktangan English School Campus). The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring smooth administration and communication between parents, school, and trainers.

Key Duties

• Articulate details of language programs, benefits, schedules, and fee structures to parents.
• Provide counselling to interested parents, manage enquiry follow-ups, and facilitate enrolments and fee payments.
• Allocate students to appropriate batches and keep parents informed about schedules and updates.
• Coordinate with language instructors to guarantee classes occur smoothly and adhere to schedules.
• Track attendance, ensure class continuity, and promptly address concerns from parents or trainers.
• Manage distribution and recordkeeping of books, learning materials, and other resources.
• Collaborate with the school for marketing, promotions, parent engagement, orientation sessions, and demonstration classes.
• Maintain accurate records for enrolments, payments, batches, and class statuses.
• Generate regular operational and enrolment reports for management review.
• Problem-solve routine issues and escalate when necessary for managerial intervention.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and parent counselling skills.
• Strong coordination, organisational, and follow-up capabilities.
• Ability to manage enquiries, enrolments, and payment collections efficiently.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is desirable.
• Basic skills in MS Office, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp for communication.
• Prior experience in education sector roles such as training centre coordination, admissions, counselling, or school operations is advantageous.
• Preference for candidates residing near Hinjawadi or Parvati to facilitate onsite coordination.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is INR 15,000 to 25,000.
