About the Role and Company

Join a dynamic Travel Retail Online-to-Offline (O+O) team that bridges digital pre-trip planning with engaging airport retail experiences. The team collaborates with diverse industry partners such as Agoda, Changi Airport Group, and Meta to deliver innovative solutions. This role focuses on supporting the management of a key retail education mobile application project.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle for the Travel Retail O+O division, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Facilitate coordination between cross-functional teams and multiple industry partners across digital and retail domains.
• Monitor project developments, maintain comprehensive documentation, and generate concise status reports and dashboards.
• Contribute to the planning and deployment of the retail mobile app initiative.
• Identify potential risks and dependencies promptly and lead efforts to resolve them collaboratively.
• Develop and deliver presentations and project materials for both internal teams and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in project management, business analysis, or related fields.
• Proficient in Excel for data tracking, reporting, and creating dashboards.
• Prior involvement in digital or mobile application projects is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Additional creative design capabilities are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders across different functions.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-moving work environment.
