Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be granted ownership of various high-profile projects, managing them from the initial stages through to completion. This involves close collaboration with clients, design teams, and contractors. While operating primarily from Wexford or Dublin, you will oversee significant developments across Ireland and the UK, handling projects largely independently with support from senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects through all delivery phases.
• Serve as the main liaison for clients and essential stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and consultants effectively.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, quality, and risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement and contract administration activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of independently managing projects from start to finish.
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Strong commercial insight and ability to deliver projects successfully.
• Experience with contract administration procedures.
• Proficiency in IT tools relevant to project management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Chartered status (SCSI, RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) is advantageous.
• Possession of a full driving license and a willingness to travel as required.
