Role Overview
The Project Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning internal departments and external collaborators, including quality experts and subject matter specialists like Drug Product SMEs. The project focuses on executing a Technology Transfer from several European countries to Brazil across three distinct workstreams: Assembly & Packaging, Drug Product, and Drug Substance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the project timeline ensuring milestones are met effectively.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and monitor the project budget carefully.
- Coordinate activities among multiple stakeholders including internal teams and external partners.
- Drive deliverables by fostering collaboration and addressing cultural differences through strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven background in project management within biosimilar or biotech sectors.
- Ability to assertively and diplomatically lead projects while adapting quickly to new environments.
- Fluent English communication skills are mandatory; German language proficiency is optional.
- Extensive experience managing complex, multicultural, cross-functional projects.
- Leadership talents and excellent communication capabilities.
- Experience specifically in pharmaceutical projects, preferably biopharma, with a focus on Technology Transfer initiatives.
- Portuguese language skills are viewed favorably.
Additional Information
- Initial onboarding will occur onsite in Hessen for one to two weeks.
- Subsequent work will primarily be remote (home office).
- Start date: 20th July 2026.
- Contract duration until 27th November 2026.
- Work schedule: 5 days per week.
