Position Overview
P³ Delivery is in search of a skilled Project or Program Manager to oversee operations within the Integrated Lodging Program. This role requires a seasoned professional with a robust background in hospitality, possessing at least eight years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should be adept at creating detailed project documentation such as project plans, charters, and scope documents that explicitly clarify work activities, accountability, schedules, potential uncertainties, and risk factors.
Key Duties
- Develop detailed project plans that specify the scope and nature of work.
- Create project charters defining the objective, limits, stakeholder roles, timelines, and associated risks.
- Prepare scope documents that outline work requirements, team duties, timelines, and considerations for risk.
- Assist with strategic planning and management of lodging programs.
- Monitor and interpret trends influencing lodging operations.
- Provide actionable recommendations to address reported challenges within lodging programs.
- Suggest enhancements to improve lodging program performance.
- Integrate industry best practices in hospitality to elevate program success.
- Support promotional efforts related to lodging program initiatives.
- Clarify roles, schedules, risks, and unknown factors linked to lodging program tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of eight years' experience in hospitality and management roles.
- Proven skill in creating comprehensive project plans.
- Experience preparing project charters and scope documentation.
- Ability to delineate tasks, responsibilities, timelines, risks, and uncertainties effectively.
- Competency in trend analysis within lodging programs.
- A track record of recommending effective solutions and improvements.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry best practices.
- Experience with marketing lodging initiatives is advantageous.
- Possession of PMP certification is a favorable addition.
- Experience with DoW (Department of the Workplace) considered a plus.
