Role Overview

The hiring team is seeking a seasoned Python Developer with 6 to 8 years of practical experience in creating scalable backend systems. The role centers on Python, AWS, microservices, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and cloud-native, event-driven application design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and strengthen secure, scalable Python applications.
• Create and improve RESTful APIs and microservices using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Build cloud-based applications on AWS using services like Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL, Step Functions, and Kinesis.
• Connect external APIs and manage request/response flows reliably.
• Plan, tune, and maintain both relational and NoSQL data stores.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and fix application or system defects.
• Produce clean, efficient, reusable, and testable code aligned with best practices.
• Work closely with Product, DevOps, QA, and Frontend teams to deliver dependable solutions.
• Take part in code reviews and support the growth of junior developers.

Required Skills

• Deep practical experience in Python development.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS services, including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Amazon RDS, Step Functions, and Kinesis.
• Ability to design and deliver REST APIs and microservices.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database modeling.
• Hands-on exposure to FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Familiarity with cloud-native systems and event-driven architecture.
• Experience using Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging ability.
