Role Overview

As a full-time Retail Associate based in Singapore, your primary responsibility is to welcome and assist customers, provide insightful product guidance, and facilitate selections tailored to their interests. You will handle sales transactions, maintain attractive store presentations, monitor inventory, and support events to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage store operations including opening and closing procedures and reconciling cash registers daily.
• Complete customer transactions utilizing POS systems with various payment methods such as cash, PayNow, Nets, and credit cards.
• Process and verify incoming inventories against invoices ensuring stock accuracy.
• Regularly perform stock audits to confirm physical inventory matches system records.
• Organize, arrange, and replenish display shelves and secured glass showcases.
• Assist in e-commerce fulfillment by picking, packaging securely, and preparing online orders for dispatch.
• Provide a welcoming atmosphere by assisting walk-in customers, offering knowledgeable product recommendations on trading cards and sports memorabilia.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the retail area including the customer gaming lounge.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-moving retail and e-commerce environment.
• Previous exposure to retail sales, hobby shops, or order fulfillment is beneficial but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Enthusiasm or familiarity with trading card games (like Pokémon, One Piece, Weiss Schwarz, Riftbound) or sports cards (NBA, Soccer, MLB) is advantageous.
• Availability to work retail shifts including weekends and public holidays during major events and product launches.

Additional Information
