Overview

The Style Associate serves as the brand's representative, providing outstanding customer service, supporting sales growth, and helping maintain efficient store operations through customer engagement, sales expertise, flexibility, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and identify customer preferences to suggest appropriate jewelry items.
• Handle customer inquiries effectively and escalate complex matters when needed.
• Possess thorough knowledge of product categories, highlighting features and benefits to communicate value.
• Assist in reaching the store's sales goals and stay informed about new collections and promotional offers.
• Adapt to various shift schedules and store demands, and be willing to transfer within the local cluster as business requires.
• Maintain punctuality and readiness to undertake extra duties as necessary.
• Support store operations by helping process deliveries, manage online orders, package goods, replenish stock, and implement visual merchandising.
• Contribute to store cleanliness and an inviting atmosphere, while supporting theft prevention protocols.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and store standard operating guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and foster group success.
• Exercise good judgment and sensitivity in resolving customer issues while upholding brand values.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate, HSC (freshers), or SSC qualification with two years of retail experience.
• Age between 18 and 28 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Quick learner with a positive and enthusiastic approach.
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges from INR 17,000 to INR 19,000.
