Key Responsibilities
- Act as a dedicated ambassador for the Coach brand, complying with brand style and service standards.
- Develop strong client relationships through personalized styling and expert product advice.
- Increase sales via cross-selling, upselling, and customized product recommendations.
- Use mobile POS systems, client management tools, and social selling platforms, such as short-form videos, to capture customer information and promote repeat business.
- Create and implement individual sales strategies, achieving or surpassing personal and team sales targets.
- Identify and engage new customers while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships to ensure sales closures.
- Maintain high energy levels while multitasking on the sales floor and adapt sales methods according to business priorities.
- Complete daily store operations including cash handling, inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining service quality.
- Keep both sales and stock areas clean, orderly, and stocked; adhere to retail policies and security protocols.
- Efficiently handle various transactions, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups.
- Support inventory procedures such as receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing merchandise movement.
- Provide assistance to colleagues across different functional areas as needed.
- Encourage a cooperative and trustworthy team atmosphere that boosts performance.
- Take part in brand initiatives, training sessions, and diversity and inclusion activities.
- Accept feedback constructively, adjusting behavior while maintaining professionalism and composure.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with an understanding of fashion trends and competitors.
- Familiarity with POS operations, basic computing skills (iPad, laptops, mobile POS), and communication devices such as walkie-talkies.
- Physical capability to regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds, as well as to climb, bend, and kneel within the sales and stock areas.
- Proficient English language skills.
- Preferred experience includes luxury retail background, social media knowledge, live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, clienteling, and data acquisition abilities.
- Ability to maintain efficiency and composure in a fast-paced retail environment.
Work Schedule & Environment
The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and high-traffic retail days, adjusting to the needs of the business.

The compensation range for this role is $16.60 to $19.00 per hour, in compliance with all applicable wage laws.
