Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator position is based in Dubai and supports the commercial team through daily sales administration, quote and proposal preparation, and accurate upkeep of customer and sales information in CRM and other systems. The role acts as a link between sales, operations, and logistics so services and solutions are delivered on time. It also includes handling customer queries, assisting with order processing, following up on leads, preparing sales reports, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting meetings, presentations, and wider sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine sales administration and keep the sales workflow organized.
• Prepare quotations and proposals for customers and prospects.
• Maintain correct and up-to-date customer and sales records in CRM and related tools.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to support smooth and timely delivery.
• Respond to customer questions and provide support throughout the sales cycle.
• Assist with order processing and follow up on leads to help generate revenue.
• Compile sales reports and track key performance measures.
• Support sales meetings, presentations, and other commercial tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of sales coordination and sales operations, including pipeline and process management.
• Customer service skills to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Clear communication ability for internal collaboration and professional customer interaction.
• Basic to intermediate sales capability for lead follow-up, opportunity tracking, and proposal support.
• Hands-on proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Comfort with sales reporting and accurate data entry.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several tasks and deadlines in a busy environment.
• Experience in telecommunications, satellite communications, or technology solutions is considered an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or comparable practical experience.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an added benefit for working with international clients.
