Role Summary
Based primarily at the Taupo branch, this role involves frequent travel to engage and nurture relationships with trade customers in the automotive sector. You will act as the key account handler, ensuring excellent service, fulfilling product needs, and elevating market share and profitability for the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate with management to identify and develop new business prospects.
- Organize and follow a structured client visitation schedule.
- Provide proactive and effective solutions to customer requirements.
- Participate in sales planning to achieve and surpass targets.
- Coordinate with in-store Trade Specialists to support key client needs.
- Promote a safety-first environment ensuring safe practices and outcomes.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and driving safely.
