Primary Responsibilities

• Generate innovative campaign ideas derived from strategic insights, ensuring they resonate culturally and avoid generic concepts.
• Identify the potential within creative concepts and drive them forward by offering insightful feedback and improvements.
• Utilize narrative structures to engage audiences effectively, making campaigns memorable and appealing.
• Collaborate intensively with design, strategy, and consulting teams, emphasizing teamwork over hierarchy.
• Stay abreast of new social media platforms, trends, and language to keep ideas fresh and relevant.

Candidate Profile

• Possess no less than four years of experience in creative concept development, preferably within an agency environment where social-first approaches are practiced.
• Deep understanding of brand identity, target audience nuances, and tone of voice, including when it is appropriate to challenge conventional creative boundaries.
• Exhibit structured and independent work habits, reliably guiding projects to completion within deadlines.
• Maintain professionalism and positive interpersonal conduct within the workplace.
