Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Senior Lab Integration Engineer role involves supporting various Electronic Health Record (EHR) software products and ensuring their successful integration within clinical environments. The position requires experience in system-level testing and evaluation of healthcare systems to guarantee optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for multiple EHR software products used across healthcare settings.
• Deliver integration expertise for EHR solutions, facilitating seamless connectivity and interoperability within clinical systems.
• Conduct system-level testing and performance assessments of healthcare applications to identify and resolve issues.
• Utilize relevant tools to monitor and evaluate system performance and stability.
• Work closely with clinical informatics teams to align technology implementations with healthcare workflows.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of three years' experience in working with integration of EHR products.
• Demonstrated experience in a clinical informatics environment, ensuring technology supports clinical decision-making and patient care.
• Proficiency with system-level testing methodologies and performance evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with tools used to monitor and analyze healthcare system performance.
• Any graduate educational qualification is acceptable.
