Senior Manager - Cell Production

Role Responsibilities

• Manage the entire cell manufacturing process, ensuring that production output, quality standards, cost controls, technical parameters, safety protocols, and workforce utilization meet established objectives.
• Implement and promote continuous operational enhancements by applying Lean methodologies to lower expenses, boost production efficiency, and elevate product quality.
• Coordinate and supervise daily manufacturing activities to maximize operational performance and surpass customer expectations.
• Generate daily consumption reports and accurately forecast material needs aligned with production goals.
• Maintain consistent achievement of production volume, quality benchmarks, and yield rates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate holds a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any engineering specialization.
