Site Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join Sustainable Building Solutions - PHOMI UAE based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will oversee and ensure timely completion of construction projects, coordinating closely with clients and contractors while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project schedules to guarantee adherence to deadlines.
• Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Regularly conduct site inspections to monitor workmanship quality, perform precise measurements, and evaluate site conditions.
• Compile and submit detailed progress reports along with necessary project documentation.
• Specify material requirements accurately to facilitate procurement processes.
• Address on-site issues promptly by implementing practical solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a closely related discipline.
• At least two years of experience in site supervision and managing construction projects.
• Strong aptitude in accurate site measurement, research activities, and coordinating project tasks.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication coupled with organizational skills.
• Possession of a valid UAE Driving License.
