Role Overview

This role operates on behalf of a partner company seeking to hire a Staff Technical Recruiter based remotely in Ireland. This pivotal position involves full-cycle recruiting combined with strategic talent acquisition efforts to strengthen technical teams and support business innovation and growth globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive recruitment activities for technical roles, encompassing job definition, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and closing hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to assess workforce requirements, establish recruitment strategies, and provide insights into talent market conditions.
• Build and sustain robust talent pipelines by active sourcing, networking, leveraging referrals, and engaging candidates.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process by managing communication, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth operations across different time zones.
• Enhance recruitment processes by creating scalable practices, boosting employer branding, and utilizing modern recruiting tools and technologies.
• Analyze recruitment data and feedback to refine hiring outcomes and improve strategic talent acquisition continuously.
• Serve as a culture ambassador by selecting candidates aligned with the organization’s values and long-term goals.
• Work in partnership with the wider People team on initiatives that foster organizational development and growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of eight years' experience in technical recruitment, ideally within fast-paced tech companies or startups.
• Proven track record in sourcing and securing specialized technical experts such as engineers and machine learning specialists.
• Expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes with strong partnerships with hiring leadership.
• Skilled in constructing scalable recruitment systems, optimizing hiring workflows, and deploying advanced recruitment technologies including AI-driven sourcing tools.
• Experienced in hiring across multiple countries and working remotely within international teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to leverage recruitment metrics for process enhancement.
• Highly self-directed, adaptable, and effective in dynamic, fast-evolving work environments.
