This comprehensive program combines classroom instruction, practical rotations across various operations, interactive exercises, and personalized coaching to build leadership competencies such as exemplary leadership, team management, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Experience and Eligibility

Ideal candidates are those currently pursuing, enrolled in, or interested in a degree related to Agriculture, Engineering, Business, or similar fields. Applicants should possess fewer than five years of supervisory experience.
