Role Overview
Join Riveron's Talent Acquisition team as a key contributor in strengthening our employer brand and facilitating the selection of top-tier talent. We prioritize people and strive to provide exceptional experiences for candidates and internal teams alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate interviews efficiently across different U.S. time zones to ensure a seamless process for both candidates and interviewers.
- Act as the main contact for candidates during the interview process, providing a personalized and attentive experience.
- Maintain precise and current candidate information in the applicant tracking system, specifically Ashby.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth execution of recruitment activities, with proactive follow-ups to drive progress.
- Identify and implement improvements to scheduling workflows, communication methods, and overall candidate engagement.
- Assist in reporting and monitoring recruitment data to enhance efficiency and provide insights.
- Support recruitment programs and various initiatives, contributing to operational excellence through solid processes, documentation, and data accuracy.
Candidate Profile
- At least three years of professional experience in coordination, administrative, or comparable operational roles supporting U.S.-based recruitment teams.
- Comfortable collaborating across U.S. time zones with global stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and dependable follow-through.
- Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively in dynamic environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Ashby, including data integrity, governance, and reporting.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools, Outlook calendar management, and Microsoft Office products.
- High professionalism, responsibility, and a client service-focused attitude.
- Aspiring to develop a career in talent acquisition, enjoying fast-paced, people-centric environments.
