Primary Responsibilities

• Work alongside team members to advance HR programs and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
• Assist with hiring processes by coordinating interviews and preparing documentation for new hires.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support activities aimed at boosting employee engagement and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Prior experience in human resources is advantageous but not mandatory.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday during standard first shift hours.
