We are searching for an inspiring and strategically minded Team Manager at our Miami Design District boutique. This role demands a passion for luxury retail, proven leadership abilities in cultivating high-performing teams, and a focus on exceptional client engagement. Reporting to the Store Director, this position entails exemplifying brand values while ensuring operational excellence within a specific product category and your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide, mentor, and empower your team to achieve peak performance, fostering an atmosphere of trust, accountability, and succession readiness.
• Lead efforts to build deep client relationships through a client-first approach, modeling premium interactions consistently.
• Own a specific product category, collaborating with Corporate Merchandising by supplying actionable feedback and implementing plans to drive sales growth and optimize product outcomes.
• Establish clear performance targets, regularly monitor progress, analyze sales trends and client input, and execute strategies to surpass business objectives.
• Work closely with cross-departmental teams including Operations and Merchandising to maintain high operational standards, uphold visual merchandising, and deliver a seamless luxury experience.

The selected candidate will receive a competitive annual salary between USD 100,000 and 120,000, including eligibility for bonuses.
