Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Technician based in Riyadh, KSA, reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. This role involves performing routine mechanical maintenance on various machinery and heavy equipment of moderate complexity.

Key Responsibilities

Install electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures across residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Diagnose electrical faults, repair or replace damaged components, and maintain equipment safety and efficiency.
Conduct routine inspections to detect electrical issues and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals for accurate work execution.
Use diagnostic tools to identify problems within electrical circuits and devices.
Upgrade existing electrical infrastructure to improve system performance while complying with contemporary standards.
Adhere to local, national, and international electrical codes and safety regulations during all tasks.
Install and maintain control panels, lighting installations, and automated equipment.
Operate and maintain programmable logic controller (PLC) systems.
Keep detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to avoid downtime.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma certification in a relevant technical field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in electrical maintenance or a similar role.

Required Knowledge & Skills

Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, wiring, circuits, and components.
Strong troubleshooting capabilities to efficiently resolve electrical problems.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and electrical diagrams.
Excellent manual dexterity for precise use of electrical tools and equipment.
High attention to detail focused on accurate installations and safety compliance.
Deep awareness of electrical safety standards to reduce hazards.
Basic mathematical aptitude for calculating electrical parameters.
Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines.
Clear communication abilities for reporting and teamwork.
Physical fitness to work in demanding environments including confined spaces and heights.
Adaptability to handle diverse tools, technologies, and tasks in a dynamic field.
Experience with specialized tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and wire strippers.
