Job Overview

We seek motivated and goal-focused Telecallers to join our team at Exelcius Services based in Guwahati, Assam. The role involves establishing contact with potential students, providing comprehensive information about various courses, and motivating them to visit the institute for counseling sessions.

Key Duties

• Make outbound phone calls to prospective students and their parents using the provided database.
• Clearly and effectively communicate details about courses, fees, and associated benefits.
• Generate interest in courses and arrange appointments for counseling walk-ins.
• Follow up consistently with leads to maintain engagement and update records.
• Keep precise records of calls made and student information.
• Meet assigned daily and weekly targets for counseling walk-ins.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade effectively.
• Basic proficiency in computer usage.
• Capability to address queries and handle objections tactfully.
• Previous experience in telecalling or sales is advantageous but not essential.
• A positive mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
