Job Overview

This full-time, permanent, on-site position involves leading training efforts to support growth and professional development within our financial workforce. The Training Manager will ensure that all training activities are engaging, well-organized, and implemented smoothly, maintaining strong participation and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement training programs tailored to financial professionals.
• Coordinate educational events and activities that promote skills development.
• Manage the delivery of interactive training sessions and group learning facilitation.
• Maintain high standards in training quality and employee engagement throughout the firm.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in facilitating adult education and conducting group training sessions.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills.
• Effective at building strong working relationships across organizational levels.
• Excellent time management with strong follow-through and organization capabilities.
• Confident public speaking abilities, including presenting to large groups and leading interactive workshops.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary ranges between $60,000 and $75,000 annually, based on experience, supplemented with a competitive benefits package.
