About the Role
A prominent automotive and dealership firm located in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned Training Manager to spearhead learning and development efforts across diverse business units. This pivotal position aims to bolster workforce skills, implement robust training plans, enhance employee capabilities, and contribute to business expansion via impactful training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive annual training strategies and detailed learning plans.
- Perform thorough training needs analyses and identify competency deficiencies.
- Create and deploy technical, leadership, and soft skills training modules.
- Oversee learning management systems and promote digital learning initiatives.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and analyze return on investment.
- Manage training budgets, coordinate with vendors, and engage external training specialists.
- Partner closely with business leaders to elevate workforce skills and performance standards.
- Lead and mentor the Training & Development team to ensure high effectiveness.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline.
- Bring between 8 to 12 years of experience in learning and development roles.
- Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Experience in automotive dealerships, distributors, vehicle importers, or managing multiple sites is highly desirable.
- Expertise in crafting training strategies, leadership growth, succession planning, and competency frameworks.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and contemporary learning technologies.
- Strong communication abilities and adept stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
