Key Responsibilities

• Design the comprehensive user experience for managing software releases and deployment processes.
• Transform complex operational and technical workflows into user-friendly, intuitive product flows.
• Create design solutions that enhance visibility, control, confidence, and accountability throughout the release lifecycle.
• Develop workflows and design patterns for key tasks such as release readiness assessment, change reviews, monitoring deployment status, rollout tracking, incident detection, and rollback processes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to convert current platform features into effective product experiences.
• Establish a unified interaction framework and a consistent visual language for a sophisticated internal platform.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in designing internal tools, enterprise-level software, or operational workflow systems.
• Capability to simplify intricate systems while preserving essential details.
• Strong systems thinking abilities combined with proficiency in information architecture.
• Experience crafting dashboards, tools with complex workflows, or products with detailed configuration options.
• Comfortable partnering with engineering teams to address ambiguous challenges in early-stage product and platform development.
• Highly skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity user interface designs.
