Key Responsibilities

• Professionally handle a significant volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Coordinate, confirm, and manage healthcare provider appointments for members.
• Provide accurate information regarding our services, wellness programs, and benefits.
• Direct and triage incoming calls to relevant internal teams or clinical personnel.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in managing sensitive member data, complying with data protection standards.
• Perform data entry and keep member records up to date within our systems.
• Address member inquiries effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Support and engage positively within our remote team environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in roles such as receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar customer-facing positions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills complemented by a professional telephone demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and multitask.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and openness to learning new software.
• Self-driven with capability to work independently in a home-based remote setting.
• Prior healthcare industry experience is a desirable advantage.
