Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organised WIP Coordinator to join the Hydraulics Workshop team in Tomago, NSW, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role involves overseeing the management of Work in Progress (WIP) to ensure smooth operational flow, timely completion of tasks, and precise invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor job schedules, associated costs, and progress to guarantee prompt and accurate invoicing of work orders.
  • Manage and coordinate all Work in Progress activities within the Hydraulics Workshop.
