About the Internship
Join Sankar Group as an AWS DevOps Engineer intern to work on impactful projects and gain practical experience with leading AWS services such as CloudFormation, Lambda, CloudFront, and CloudWatch. This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply DevOps principles in a dynamic, innovative environment backed by a multi-vertical business ecosystem with expertise in AI, fintech, clean energy, and real estate.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with software developers to automate and refine the CI/CD pipeline leveraging Docker and AWS tools.
- Oversee and fine-tune AWS components including EC2, RDS, and S3 to guarantee optimal availability and scalability.
- Use Amazon CloudWatch to monitor system health and take corrective measures as needed.
- Enforce security protocols to safeguard data and infrastructure, especially focusing on Amazon EBS and S3.
- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges with Amazon Route 53, SNS, and other AWS services.
- Assist with planning and executing disaster recovery and backup strategies.
- Contribute insights towards cloud architecture design to support evolving business demands.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess relevant skills and an interest in AWS technologies and DevOps practices.
- Be available to work remotely and start the internship between July 25, 2026, and August 29, 2026.
- Commit to a full 6-month internship duration.
Compensation and Benefits
- Stipend ranging from INR 3000 to INR 3001 per month.
