Internship Overview
As a Motion Graphics Video Editor intern at Ctruh, you will contribute to producing captivating visual content across various platforms. Your tasks will range from transforming raw footage into polished videos, crafting short-form digital content, to integrating basic animations and motion graphics that enhance marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform raw video footage into engaging content for social media, tutorials, advertisements, and branding initiatives.
- Develop short video formats including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn videos.
- Incorporate fundamental motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, transitions, and simple animations using tools like Adobe After Effects.
- Support post-production activities such as video cutting, synchronizing audio, color correction, exporting final videos, and conducting quality assurance.
- Adapt existing videos into formats suited for specific digital platforms for marketing purposes.
- Work closely with Marketing and Design teams to interpret creative briefs and deliver compelling visual narratives.
- Maintain organization of project files, raw footage, and creative assets along with version control best practices.
- Keep abreast of the latest video editing styles, trends on social media, and emerging AI-based creative tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Availability for full-time, in-office internship.
- Start date between July 28, 2026, and September 1, 2026.
- Commitment to the full 3-month internship duration.
- Possess relevant skills and genuine interest in video editing and motion graphics.
Qualifications and Skills
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Media, Mass Communication, Animation, Film, Design, or related programs.
- Fundamental skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with Adobe After Effects for animations.
- Solid understanding of video editing principles including storytelling, pacing, and composition.
- Knowledge of various video formats, aspect ratios, and exporting standards applicable to digital platforms.
- Creative approach with meticulous attention to detail and receptiveness to constructive feedback.
- Good communication and eagerness to collaborate and learn within a team setting.
- Portfolio or projects showcasing past video editing work.
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve for basic color grading and familiarity with Canva, Adobe Audition, or Figma.
- Basic knowledge of sound editing and design.
- Experience producing content tailored for Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn.
- Interest and some exposure to AI-powered video editing technologies and startup/tech environments.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend between INR 20,000 and 22,000.
- Certification upon internship completion.
