Stipend and Benefits

The stipend ranges from ₹11,000 to ₹13,500 monthly, consisting of a fixed component (₹10,000 - ₹12,000) and incentives (₹1,000 - ₹1,500). Upon successful permanent employment conversion, an annual salary around ₹200,000 is offered. Additional perks include a certificate upon completion, a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, an informal dress code, a five-day workweek, and potential job offers.
