Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-focused 3D Visualizer to convert architectural and interior design ideas into striking, photorealistic visual representations. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for design elements such as lighting, materials, spatial arrangements, and composition.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic 3D renderings of interior and exterior spaces.
• Convert sketches, mood boards, CAD drawings, and design plans into precise visual outputs.
• Build detailed 3D models and develop materials, textures, lighting setups, and environments.
• Deliver top-quality still images, walkthrough animations, and other visual content as needed.
• Collaborate closely with architects and interior designers to grasp project needs and expectations.
• Address feedback efficiently and finalize revisions within designated timelines.
• Keep project files orderly and maintain consistent visual quality standards.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, software, and techniques in 3D visualization.
• Assist with client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of three years’ practical experience in architectural or interior visualization fields.
• Strong portfolio highlighting photorealistic interior and exterior visualization projects.
• Advanced skills with 3ds Max and either Corona Renderer or V-Ray.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
• Deep knowledge of lighting, materials, texture application, scale, and composition principles.
• Ability to accurately interpret architectural and technical drawings.
• Good communication capabilities, along with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple assignments simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating animations and virtual walkthroughs.
• Knowledge of real-time visualization technologies like Unreal Engine or Lumion.
• Background working within architectural or interior design consultancy environments.
