About the Role

Seafield Hotel & Spa Resort is preparing for a bustling season and is seeking multiple Accommodation Assistants to join the team in Ballymoney, County Wexford, Ireland. This role offers a full-time position on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough cleaning and preparation of guest rooms for arrivals and stay-overs.
• Maintain cleanliness in other hotel areas as directed by the Accommodation Manager.
• Report any guest feedback or complaints promptly.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned to support hotel operations.
• Exhibit excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Capability to perform effectively under pressure in a busy, luxury hotel setting.
• Basic command of the English language.
• A friendly demeanor combined with strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to work shifts during mid-week, weekends, and evenings as per business demands.
• Availability for full-time employment.
