  • Collaborate with diverse teams including Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, Strategy, Operations, Tax, Risk Management, HR, and leadership for effective execution of acquisitions.
  • Perform financial modeling, build business cases, analyze valuations, assess markets, evaluate return on investment, and propose investment recommendations.
  • Coordinate comprehensive due diligence covering financial, operational, legal, commercial, technological, regulatory, and organizational factors.
  • Track key performance indicators such as acquisition pipeline value, deal completion timelines, investment returns, integration progress, cost synergies, revenue growth, and strategic fit.
  • Monitor market trends, industry changes, competitor actions, target company metrics, and economic factors to uncover acquisition opportunities.
  • Prepare acquisition presentations, materials for investment committees, transaction reports, executive briefings, and strategic recommendations for senior leaders.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Investment Management, Corporate Strategy, or related discipline.
  • Advanced qualifications such as MBA or certifications like CFA, CPA, CMA, FMVA, PMP, or equivalents are highly preferred.
