Work Schedule and Location

Full-time position working daytime hours at 600 Courtland St, Orlando, Florida, 32804.

Job Summary

The role involves maintaining applications through regular updates, patches, and backups to ensure stable performance. Responsibilities include analyzing operational requirements and system capabilities to develop solutions, creating system designs and functional specifications, and implementing strategies tailored to operational needs. The candidate will handle application configuration changes with proper change control, document business requirements and benefits, estimate costs, and maintain comprehensive documentation including testing plans and results. The position requires thorough testing—unit, system, integration—and troubleshooting complex production issues with timely escalation as necessary. The role also entails script development for application integration and metadata/image transfers, configuration management in coordination with business and vendor partners, participation in software assessments, implementations, and upgrades, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to maintain seamless functionality. Additional duties include involvement in audits and compliance measures, providing Go-Live support—including travel to AdventHealth locations as needed—and optimizing system performance via enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, IT, Computer Science, or related field; alternatively, five years of software application support experience in a complex environment
Required knowledge of software development lifecycle, business applications, and implementation
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Proficiency in different user training methods tailored to learning styles
Strong multi-tasking capabilities within strict deadlines
Ability to work independently without supervision
Experience documenting workflow designs and identifying enhancements
Expertise in integrated enterprise applications, particularly in healthcare IT projects with complex integrations
Preferred experience with relational databases, data transfers, ITIL principles, Agiloft Contract Life Cycle Management System, and Perceptive Content Document Management System

Additional Information

Physical requirements of the position can be reviewed via the facility's published resources. The role is subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as mandated by state law. Compensation

Salary range from $83,699 to $155,694 annually.
