We support their transition to a more organized system where data flows accurately with minimal human input. The AI Tools Associate role supports this effort by exploring and testing modern AI technologies for data cleansing and automated documentation tasks.

Role Overview

In the position of AI Tools Associate, you will assist senior consultants in evaluating the practical application of artificial intelligence in enterprise reporting and data administration. This role directly addresses real client challenges, such as those presented by our German manufacturing partner. The objective is to identify how AI can accelerate data cleansing and simplify the creation of configuration guides that clients find easy to understand.

This is a permanent, full-time role conducted entirely remotely. You will operate independently from your workspace while staying in touch with the team through regular updates and shared documentation. While extensive experience is not required, comfort with technical tools and structured problem-solving is essential.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct research on various AI tools and large language models, assessing their handling of structured financial data and technical documentation.
• Experiment with prompts and configurations aimed at automating the generation of system handover manuals for clients.
• Support consultants in detecting and addressing data inconsistencies prior to system deployment.
• Produce concise internal reports highlighting the most dependable AI functionalities for enterprise performance management tasks.
• Assist in documenting system updates for a leading German industrial client to ensure accuracy in change tracking.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance AI usage in summarizing complex system logs and configuration files.
• Engage in meetings focused on maintaining data integrity during system migrations.
• Contribute to the development of a prompt and workflow library for use across client projects.
